We can build further standalone AI applications, connect useful tools into integrated workflows and redesign legacy manual processes where AI genuinely helps. Each month you get two 45 - 60 minute strategy and build calls, unlimited Voxer voice memo support with a 12 business-hour response window, and continuous implementation as your business changes.
- How much does the Managed AI Capability cost?
- The indicative range is A$750 to A$2,000 per month + GST (A$825 to A$2,200 incl. GST), quoted individually for the agreed scope and operational complexity. There is no long build fee and no proprietary software licence — the only other costs are the tool subscriptions you pay directly to the providers. Before our first call we send detailed guidelines and a short pre-meeting worksheet to bring with you, so the time goes on your business, not background questions.
- Do I need to have done First AI Win before starting the retainer?
- Yes, in almost every case. The $599 + GST in Australia First AI Win package gives us the opportunity proposal that tells us where the return actually is, and gets your first one or two tasks live. Some businesses get all the boost they need there or monitor the results for a while. Managed AI Capability is available if you later want help with further applications, connected workflows or deeper process improvements.
- How is this different from hiring an AI agency or a developer?
- We are tool-neutral and we work alongside your team rather than building a custom system you cannot maintain. You keep the accounts, the data and the knowledge. Instead of a large upfront build cost, you get an on-demand operational partner month to month, and you can stop when the work is done.
- What is Voxer and why do you use it?
- Voxer is a walkie-talkie style voice and text app. Send a voice memo when a question comes up, a text when you spot a glitch in an automation, or a quick idea for a new workflow. It gives you the responsiveness of an in-house operations manager without the salary, and it avoids waiting for the next scheduled meeting.
- Is there a lock-in contract?
- No lock-in. It is month to month. Most clients stay while there is a queue of workflows worth automating and pause once the priority list is done — we will tell you when that point arrives.
