- How much does First AI Win cost?
- First AI Win is a one-off $599 + GST in Australia. It covers the discussion, written opportunity proposal, up to three agreed solutions built and configured, guided installation, staff induction, operating instructions and support until the agreed performance measures are met.
- Are there any other costs?
- Software subscriptions are separate. You establish and own the accounts and pay providers directly. We estimate those costs before you choose your solutions. We take no commissions and resell no software.
- What does Managed AI Capability cost?
- The indicative range is A$750 to A$2,000 per month + GST (A$825 to A$2,200 incl. GST), quoted individually for the agreed scope and operational complexity, month to month with no lock-in. It is optional ongoing support for businesses that want to build further applications, connect workflows or improve more manual processes after First AI Win. It is not required to complete First AI Win.
- Do I have to commit to anything ongoing?
- No. First AI Win is a one-off engagement and finishes when your tasks are built, configured and working after guided installation. Managed AI Capability is a separate decision you make later, and you can cancel it any month.
- What if fewer than three opportunities are suitable?
- We will tell you honestly. The proposal identifies 3 to 7 suitable opportunities where they exist, but we do not force a minimum when fewer make sense for the business.
- I'm not tech-savvy — will I be able to use any of this?
- Yes. Most of the owners we work with have run their business for 20 or 30 years and did not grow up with this technology, and that is exactly who the service is built for. We configure the solutions, provide clear written or video installation instructions, train you and your team in plain English, and guide you through setup on a video call if needed. On-site support can be arranged if needed. If you can use email and a phone, you can use what we build.
- Do you come to us, or is it all online?
- Whichever suits you. We are based in Williamstown and regularly meet owners at their premises across the western suburbs — Williamstown, Yarraville, Footscray, Altona, Newport, Werribee, Point Cook, Sunshine, Hoppers Crossing and Laverton. If you are further afield or prefer it, the whole thing runs fine over video call. Either way you get the same written report, set-up help and follow-up support.
- How do I know this is not just another tech fad I will pay for and never use?
- Because we start with your numbers, not the technology. The written report lists 3 to 7 tasks AI can carry out in your business with an estimated hours and dollar benefit for each, and it tells you honestly if a task is not worth automating.
