- How much does First AI Win cost?
- First AI Win is a one-off $599 incl GST. That covers the walkthrough, the written task and ROI report, building up to three of the tasks, co-installing them, AI basics training, and phone and video support afterwards. There is no ongoing fee and no lock-in.
- Are there any other costs?
- Only the tool subscriptions, and you pay those directly to the providers. Most businesses land between $50 and $300 a month all up, and part of that is often something they already pay for. We take no commissions and resell no software.
- What does Managed AI Capability cost?
- Between $1,000 and $2,500 per month depending on scope and operational complexity, month to month with no lock-in. It is optional — most owners stop after First AI Win, and that is a perfectly good outcome.
- Do I have to commit to anything ongoing?
- No. First AI Win is a one-off engagement and finishes when your tasks are built, installed and working. Managed AI Capability is a separate decision you make later, and you can cancel it any month.
- What if the walkthrough shows AI is not worth it for my business?
- We will tell you. Some tasks are not worth automating and some businesses are not ready. You still keep the written report, which sets out what we looked at and why we would not spend your money on it yet.
