First AI Win is $599 + GST in Australia, paid once. There is no retainer attached to it and nothing renews.
Software subscriptions are separate. You establish and own the accounts and pay providers directly. We estimate those costs before you choose your solutions. We take no commissions and resell no software.

The proposal identifies 3 to 7 suitable opportunities where they exist, without forcing a minimum. You select up to three agreed solutions for us to build and configure, with guidance for your team to install and use them.
We will tell you. Some tasks are not worth automating and some businesses are not ready. You still keep the written report, which sets out what we looked at and why we would not spend your money on it yet.
No. If you can use email and a phone you can use what we build. We configure the solutions, provide clear written or video installation instructions, train your team in plain English and guide you through setup on a video call if needed. On-site support can be arranged if needed.
Some businesses get all the boost they need from First AI Win or monitor the results for a while. Managed AI Capability is optional ongoing support if you later want to build further applications, connect them into workflows or improve more manual processes. It is not required to complete or support the agreed First AI Win solutions.
