What you get for $599
Everything below is included in the one fee. The only ongoing costs are the tool subscriptions you choose, paid directly to those providers.
A written task and ROI report
3 to 7 tasks AI can carry out in your business, each with an estimated benefit: hours saved, faster turnaround, fewer errors. It also tells you honestly which tasks are not worth automating yet.
Up to three tasks built and installed
You pick up to three from the report. We build them, set them up alongside your team on the accounts you own, and make sure they run the same way every time.
AI basics training for your people
Plain English, at your pace, for the staff who will actually use it. No jargon and no assumed background — most owners we work with have run the business for 20 or 30 years.
Phone and video support afterwards
You have our number while the change beds in. If something is unclear in week three, you ring us — that is included, not extra.
At your premises or over video
We are based in Williamstown and regularly meet owners across Williamstown, Yarraville, Footscray, Altona and the wider western suburbs. Video works just as well if you would rather not lose the travel time.

45 to 60 minutes at your premises or on video. We map the repeatable work and the bottlenecks, and flag anything that should never go near a public AI tool.

You get the written report
3 to 7 AI tasks with an estimated benefit for each, the one or two tools required, what they cost monthly and where your data sits. You keep it whatever you decide next.

We build and install up to three
You choose which tasks get built. We set them up with your team, train the people who will use them, and stay on the phone while it settles in.
What it costs
First AI Win is $599 AUD incl GST, paid once. There is no retainer attached to it and nothing renews.
The only other cost is the tool subscriptions, and you pay those straight to the providers. Most businesses land between $50 and $300 a month all up, and part of that is often something they already pay for. We take no commissions and we resell no software.

Between three and seven tasks with clear ROI. The number of tools is usually much smaller — typically one or two cover the whole list. We then help you pick the mix where the budget matches the benefit.

No. If you can use email and a phone you can use what we build. We do the set-up, we train your team in plain English, and you can ring us afterwards if something is not clear.
